(CONFIRMED) There's Something Between Microsoft's Servers & the US Government's

I have CrazyMax's "WindowsSpyBlocker" installed on my laptop's Windows 11 with all three firewall options applied at all times:

1 - Add spy rules (recommended)
2 - Add update rules
3 - Add extra rules (ONLY use if you know what you do)

When I visited "uscis.gov" and attempted but failed to submit a form. I tried again a few times but didn't get any results until this little app came to my mind.

I opened WindowsSpyBlocker and chose option #4:

4 - Remove "WindowsSpyBlocker rules"

Bingo!

Just try applying option 1,2, and 3, then go visit some .gov sites for forms...

Probably has to do with the stuff they use when you use this web site.

Hopefully, you are correct in assuming they do what is contextually appropriate.
p.s.: We both know that Windows is virtually a modern-day slavery (digital slavery). "No updates, no Windows", "No telemetry, no Windows"...
