Forum Search Function Configuration Alteration

Greetings !!

Some changes to the settings of the forum search function have been made to improve the search and reduce the "common word" warning that takes that search phrase and removes it from the desired search pattern.

Please test and report if there is an improvement or detriment with using the Board's search feature.
