Wellminded search

Hello folks,

I had a message from Mike Walsh that the Wellminded search website is down. On checking, I have found that the hosting company has closed the account without informing me. As is was free account and has been going for about 10 years i suppose I can't complain too much. On checking the stats for the site it appears it went down on the 7th July 2020

There is a mirror available https://puppysearch.neocities.org/, which should help those who relied on the wellminded site.

I will find another host today or tomorrow so we have a backup. Hang on and service will be resumed ASAP.

I have included puppylinux.rockedge.og now. I tried to add murga-linux.com/puppy/ from the web-archive, however for what ever reason Google is will not give any search results.

Even adding - “site:somewebsite.com” to the Google Search where "somewebsite.com" is replaced with the web archive copy of http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/ does not give any results. I am at a loss as to how to search the archived forum. If anyone knows how I would love to know.

I suppose, once there are enough posts to justify it, the search will be adjusted for searches on this new forum unless (and in addition to) there ends up being an archived copy of the old forum available.

Providing the community with a free, DEDICATED search engine for a decade? I should say not...!!

There's accepted limits for how long a lot of things will last.....expected lifespans, etc. Yet some things still surprise me.....

I have adjusted https://rockedge.org/psearch to now search through this Puppy Linux forum. I will include the murga forum again once it is up and running again
