Calibre e-reader

Calibre e-reader appimage (latest version 6.5) doesn't work in fatdog64 however
there is an earlier version in fatdog repository that works...

I can update it with calibre-3.46.0-x86_64-1.sfs but before I do I'm going to try building a newer one.

Calibre 5.44.0 17-Jun-2022 is now available from the SFS Manager in control panel.
This is the last calibre version that can work with Fatdog64 81x series.
To make rox open supported e-book file types with calibre, download and run the attached script for Fatdog 813 in a terminal. The script installs permanent rox system-level links, and shows what it is doing in the terminal.
