Hi all
I noticed a setting in my browser Palemoon 32.2.0 (64-bit) which piqued my interest
media.gmp.decoder.enabled (which by default is set to false)
I cannot genuinely say that it has improved playback and I guess it depends on your bandwidth and a myriad of other options 
.... might be me just wishing an improvement but my display looks sharper and the cpu usage is slightly less than before.
