You seem to live in the USA. I think that if you are a Pole by nationality, you can use EuroLinux for patriotic reasons. I can't think of any other reasons offhand
For example, I'm not particularly drawn to using ALT Linux

However, this does not mean that they are made in Poland. Like the Krakow sausage in my town Therefore, Euro can mean anything and anyone in the development team.
