Menus for Portable Windows Programs

MikeWalsh provided instructions on using "Windows PortableApps under WINE" here, https://oldforum.puppylinux.com/viewtop ... 66#p979566. My post following that provides details on how you can do something similar without that program.
But perhaps more generally useful it also provides instructions for creating menu entries to specific Windows programs to be run under wine.
