Min browser web site has a deb package for download.
https://minbrowser.org/

min_1.21.0_amd64.deb

Note:
Do not install by their posted method.
For Puppy installing of deb packages.
Download the deb package.
Left click on it to install.

Runs for me in Fossapup64 9.5

To get it to run from the menu entry you have to use the Login and Security Manager->configure applications to run as spot
Check min
OK.

Can also run from terminal command.

This lets it run as root.

Code: Select all

min --no-sandbox

This runs it as spot.

Code: Select all

run-as-spot min

That is a question you need to ask at the Min web site.

I have created this pet it works on slacko 8.2.1. I think it will work on others with no problem.

Well, this is nice! I don't know about Vivaldi, I have used it in the past, and it's just too many bells and whistles for me, but this Min Browser booted almost instantaneously from the terminal. And it has a built-in dark mode. No theme or addon necessary.

Is this browser not a chrome clone? It doesn't appear to be one.
