Though I use it all the time as my daily desktop, it has been many months since I made a new install of WeeDogLinux Arch64. However, did so this evening onto an old emachine 355 Intel Atom N570 CPU with 1 GB RAM netbook (which has screen resolution of 1024x600). Just ran the provided make_Arch_amd64-openboxFull_latest_rc7.sh install script and everything built automatically with no build hitch at all (though did need to quickly add xf86-video-intel as driver for X for this machine). Runs fast and smooth on this old netbook despite being quite a full distribution (including for example latest stable Chromium version 85, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 with latest Java runtime, Gimp 2.10.20, and Inkscape full ver 1.0.1 - Arch being a rolling distro new builds like this are always nicely using most up-to-date Arch software). Build/installation is described here:

As I say there, I'm going to be using this very energy efficient little netbook as a Zoneminder server, which I'll no doubt be seeking expert set up help for from rockedge (our resident Zoneminder audio/video surveillance security software expert). WDL Arch64 installed with kernel 5.8.13-arch1-1. Per usual with WeeDogLinux distro variants this runs super efficient in terms of CPU/RAM usage hence great even on the old emachine netbook (a frugal install using firstrib_rootfs.sfs, though probably even faster if I choose to use uncompressed firstrib_rootfs instead of the sfs, which the build script has also produced in case I want it).
