rtl8822be driver .pets 64bit

I have made 64bit driver .pets (also contain needed firmware file) for rtl8822be. Fossapup64 already has needed files, but earlier pups can use these .pets. Bionicpup64-8.0 one tested OK by Mike Walsh. My 5.4.65 kernel one not tested. Use at own risk. To install, click on .pet in ROX-Filer & after a few seconds, should be able to connect.

My 5.4.65-64oz kernel is posted at viewforum.php?f=65

Bionicpup64-8.0 (k4.19.23) & Kernel 5.4.65-64oz drivers attached below.
