gufw: GUI frontend for UFW

This is the GUI frontend for firewall management via UFW. This is a modified gufw where the webview component was removed.

Dependencies:
* Gtk+3
* python3
* pygobject3
* ufw
* iptables

How does this interact with the firewall that is already in Puppy Linux and usually active?
