Problem printing PDF in Fossa 64 (Solved)

Hello,
With Fossa 64, I cannot print PDF using qpdfwiew. May be the problem is in parameters ?
It is not a printer problem because I can print PDF with bionic 32, but with Bionic 32, I use evince.
So, with the PPM, in Fossa 64, I installed evince - common _3.36.10, evince_3.36.10 and gir1.2-evince-3.36.10. But with Fossa 64, evince has no "print" option !
Any idea ?

I also have problems with qpdfview and evince. I tried OKULAR, which has some good features, but also fails to print at times.

My go-to solution is IRFANVIEW (portableapps.com) running under portable WINE. It has very flexible print GUI which includes resizing, best-fit-to page, etc. Works really well printing jpegs, such as produced by screenshots.
You could also try printing from the command line - the syntax of which escapes me at the moment.

Hello,
With Fossa 64, I never could print a printer test page.
I have this message, when I go to see the jobs :

But the printer works fine with everything, except PDF

Do you have a cups-pdf printer?
When you look at the printers it should have a line like this

CUPS-PDF CUPS-PDF Ghostscript Idle

If I open it, I have this description :

Description : CUPS-PDF
Emplacement :
Pilote : Ghostscript (color)
Connexion : pdf-writer:/export/share/pdf/
Par défaut : job-sheets=none, none media=na_letter_8.5x11in sides=one-sided

is there something I could do ?

I have been looking around and I am more confused then before I started looking.
My understanding is that files sent to print are converted to pdf and then to postscript so why a pdf won't print but other types will is confusing
I did find this if you want to try it.

Do the cups logs show any error message?

gilles, I should have been clearer. I provided the link because I thought the Qtlibs pet was needed to use MikeWalsh's Masterpdfeditor4 portable. MikeWalsh replied that it wasn't. But the primary reason for the post was to bring Masterpdfeditor4 to your attention. I know that it can print pdfs under Fossapup64.

If it can't on your system then something is interfering with pdf printing regardless of what application is in use and we'll have to find out what; perhaps by starting applications via a terminal echoing its printout to a text file for diagnostic purposes.
