fim --- framebuffer image viewer

Posting viewtopic.php?p=55220#p55220 highlighted that Fatdog gslapt doesn't have a copy of fim

which supports viewing, rotating, flipping, mirroring, zooming in/out, stepping through etc. images in a terminal (framebuffer).

My notes indicate that I had to re-run the build with a --no-exif ... or something along those lines (my record keeping is poor) to get it to build for Fatdog (812), but as I recall the build is relatively quick/easy.

Perhaps another one to add to the set.

We already have "fbida" (https://github.com/kraxel/fbida) which more or less the same thing.
That being said, we have added "fim" the repo too.

Oh, that, and "syncterm" as well for whoever needs it.
