libexpat / expat has been found VUNERABLE

Anyone using a puppy / easyos / quirky /? that has a version of expat from version 2.0.1 prior to version 2.4.6 needs to update urgently!
There are security issues involved with all versions.
I know this will cause problems for package managers and builders, but the problem is serious and all need to be updated ASAP.
