Problems with github website

Post by gyrog »

This is more of an announcement, than a plea for help.

Today I suddenly have difficulty with the github website, it frequently shows a text only screen that I find virtually impossible to navigate.
So please don't expect me to do anything to woof-ce via the github website, at the moment.

I will post again here when this clears up.

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I'm using Firefox 78.11.0esr, on XenialPup.

Edit: I have the same problem with Light browser on Bionicpup32.

@gyrog Is this with palemoon? If so there is an extension that will "fix" palemoon for github use.

GitHub Web Components Polyfill ensures that all GitHub scripts required for UXP are loaded correctly.

@rockedge,
No, I first notied it while running my normal browser, Firefox.
I, tried it with Light on Bionicpup32 simply to test if was local to my install of Firefox on Xenialpup.

Anyway, the problem seems to have vanished as mysteriously as it appeared.
So we can all go back to sleep, I have GUI access to github again, (for now???).
