I tried out MoManager app - script translator
It is launched from start menu (or terminal)
I found I could make translations very fast in multiple languages!!
by changing the locale --> clicking on the setup icon on desktop was easiest method,
since the Start menu can be hard to use when using a foreign language
Two Observations:
1) Chinese language locale isn't available.
Maybe an icake pet will solve this problem

2) Script must be executable. If it's not then
