Webcam picture is upside down. How to turn around? (Solved)

Hi,

I downloaded MS Teams with Flapi. Working on 5.4.6, but my webcam picture is upside down. I forgot how to turn it around 180 degrees. Could someone help please?

If you want to turn around an image, don't look after problems, go to the gimp and edit it.

It's really easy with The Gimp, (Image, transformate...... ) as in the image.

Hope it motivates you to go to the gimp and use it. The best edition and manipulation program for images (FREE)

You can follow these steps:

Launch Microsoft Teams and sign in to your account.
Click on your profile picture or initials at the top right corner of the Teams window to open the menu.
From the menu, select "Settings."

If you are using the desktop app, proceed with the following steps:

In the Settings window, click on "Devices" from the left-hand menu.
Under the "Camera" section, you should see your webcam listed. Click on your webcam's name to select it.
Scroll down to find the "Webcam settings" section and click on the "Open settings" button.

If you are using the web version of Microsoft Teams, continue with these steps:

In the Settings window, click on "Devices" from the left-hand menu.
Under the "Camera" section, you should see your webcam listed. Click on your webcam's name to select it.

For both desktop and web versions, you will now have opened your webcam's settings:

Look for an option related to image rotation, typically labeled as "Rotation," "Flip," or "Mirror." The exact wording may vary based on your webcam and its drivers.
Once you find the rotation setting, select the 180-degree rotation option.
Save or apply the changes in your webcam's settings.
Close the Settings window.
Your webcam picture should now be rotated by 180 degrees in Microsoft Teams, correcting the upside-down display. If you continue to experience issues, make sure to check your webcam drivers and consider updating them if necessary.

I don't mean a taken picture, but the video/actual screen .... how do you define that? A video is composed of many pics too and recorded, So to simplify, that everyone understands: That what the other communication partner sees!

Hmp. turning around saved pics everyone can do and I'm using GIMP much too.

Anyway: Problem solved. I used Android in CP. Done now.

Thanks for your help. Buuuuuut: There is no " Settings/Camera/" etc... in my Teams.... where do you get this? (no screeny available - I'm on Cellphone)...
