EasyOS and OpenEmbedded projects now on github

Post by BarryK »

Up until now, I have only been uploading my projects as tarballs.
The intention was to eventually put them on a git repository, so decided to do it.

oe-qky-dunfell
This is the cross-compile system, that currently compiles 956 packages, for x86_64 (nocona), i686 and aarch64 targets.

woofQ
This is the build system for EasyOS. It started life circa-2013, forked from woof2, about the same time that woof-CE was forked from woof2.

Apart from building EasyOS, woofQ is able to build Quirky Linux and a "classical Puppy Linux". Those last two haven't been tested in a long time, and probably have to be considered as deprecated. The Puppy Linux part of woofQ is basically as it was when forked from woof2.

I tested downloading the woofQ zip file, it is 130MB.
