Dell Ootiplex 3040: change audio output?

it's set to internal spkr, and i want to use ext spjr jack. how to change pls? i think i eed to change the i/o port, but don;t know how to interrrogate/list them.

In FP64, right click on the speaker icon on taskbar (retrovol) and go to multiple sound card and pick the default (ext spkr jack) if there. You can also look into terminal command alsamixer and F6 and pick the correct speaker.

rhx ld how do i turn on alsa equalkser/? i cant see such a file or option.

edir i sdownloaded it from ppm, but cant see it.

found it, but it keeps defaulting to to analog output.
won't hold hdmi0 out
how do i use rhe unformation in mxer screens to config alsa? can't see any way to choose and write them.

alsa equalizer 00 : 31 hz is off. (red)
