i can't use their help/feedback services to report both are now failing on several websites. suspect bad updates. why can't they get them right first time, or allow a restore prev version to keep it working. it is google-chrome-portable. someone pls tell them for me. i haven't saved their email addresses yet

what do you mean 'usless'?where do you download them?do they fail to run?how do you run them ,as spot or root ?if they can run but fail to access websites,check your network ,if necessary ,use proxy,it is possible for the sites servers to be temporarily down.
