Trackpad Natural Scrolling
Using a similar method to one I used with EasyOS, I changed the trackpad scrolling direction in Fossapup by editing:
~/.config/psynclient.conf
~/.config/psynclient.conf

Did you try it using the menu->Setup->Mouse/keyboard Wizard->Touchpad?
