Restart X after installation to see the changes
In my brief test it does remove the hyphenation effect of names in ROX

this may be because pango has dropped support for some fonts ....

hi @jlocatell try installing hplip from the ppm (use find box)
might need a reboot

when i get a bit of time i will look into recreating fossapup in the new woofce .

this could also be an update! if so, what would you like to add/change in fossapup?
for me i would be adding pulseaudio, as a lot of steam games now require it.

from your live boot look in the bad savefile by clicking on it and delete these files if they are there ....

/etc/pam.d/login
/bin/login
/usr/sbin/nologin

and see if that fixes it

the tray icon appears then but didn't get any further

try turning off the compositor and see if that's the problem

no wonder that broke fossapup. it contains lots of old libs, old /etc/profile & old /root/.xinitrc. if you want xfce install from the PPM.

you are probably after menu>>desktop>>psync
also, left clicking on the clock should bring up pupclockset & psync is also available there

@rburkartjo which .pet did you install exactly?

from the prompt you could run

cat /var/packages/user-installed-packages

then

pkg rm nameofdodgypackage
