Translated Apps: easyapps,easysetup,icon_switch,petget

I solved wrong characters in framebuffer console issue by adding "load_consolefont" to "/etc/rc.local". There isn't any issue now.

There is an entry for "/usr/local/apps/ROX-Filer/Options.xml" file at MoManager's XML section but there is no need to translate this file. Because it is overwritten by main rox-filer translation file.

Thanks Barry, Turkish translations of common interface ex. menu, keyboard, font and rox filer are integrated with 5.4.6 version. Some of initrd and boot string translations are missing.

AppInfo.xml for ROX-Filer

ROX Filer has been translated %100 now. also there are corrections for sakura and some other apps.
