Re: Another Jammy64pup
@Jasper,
Pardon me, but I don't exactly know what that command does.
I ran it in my VM.
It seems to get some information, but I am unsure if it is the one required:
This was the default openssl
which I tested with.

For testing during development .
And yeah, during development, you have to see thousands of such unusable ISOs before you finally get it working

Re: My Puppy version is missing from package manager.
You're asking about repo named puppy-*your_puppy_version*
, right?
Some repos in PPM these days are automatically hidden, IDK why. You can enable them through PPM settings, I suppose.

Re: Bug of geany on easyos 5.7
I think this is not a bug with geany, but rather a clipboard manager is not installed.
Try doing the copy-past thing like method 1, but do it for some other window (like browser window), and see if that works.
If that also fails, you'll need a clipboard-manager.

Re: Your most favourite PS1 (.bashrc related)
I was bored with my current PS1, so tried to copy the one that Kali uses (I suppose it does, though haven't used KaliLinux):
Here's the code:
Code: Select all
export PS1='\e[1m\e[32m╭──(\e[34m\u@\h\e[32m)-[\e[37m\w\e[32m]
╰─\e[34m\$\e[0m '
Enjoy !

That seems to be the POSIX epoch time!
So, that has been mounted since time (in computing) was invented !

Re: Which clipboard manager would you suggest for Jammy64?
@bigpup, thanks for your input!
Sorry, but I have the same problems with it - does not support image copying.
Thanks again!
Do you know about any other clipboard manager used in some other Puppy?
