Is mp4 shown in these lists?

In formats's list : yes, mp4 is for D(ecode) and E(ncode).
But, in codecs's list it is not.

I'll try with Lunar Lobster and/or Triton-8 as soon as possible.

Just, you need terminal and type this :

If you have ISOMaster,
first, make a backup of the ISO,
then you can open the ISO file with ISOMaster, remove vmlinuz and zdrv... and add the new vmlinuz and zdrv... gave by peebee today.
